Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in marine engine building for the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have a total of 5 years of experience in the field, with expertise in component modeling, hover hauling, and engine re-building.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the marine industry.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding marine engine building solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
8. Travel to client sites for meetings, demonstrations, and sales presentations.
9. Coordinate with the engineering team for component modeling and engine re-building projects.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
