Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the companys business objectives.
    • Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management:

    • Maintain and enhance the brands image and reputation through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
    • Ensure all marketing activities align with the brands values and aesthetics.
    • Develop and manage brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the companys online presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools to optimize online performance.
  • Content Creation and Management:

    • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
    • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
    • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Event Planning and Execution:

    • Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches, exhibitions, and in-store events.
    • Coordinate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Evaluate event success and gather feedback to improve future events.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
