Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the companys business objectives.
- Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the brands image and reputation through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the brands values and aesthetics.
- Develop and manage brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the companys online presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools to optimize online performance.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches, exhibitions, and in-store events.
- Coordinate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback to improve future events.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
