Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth in the Asian market.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand the latest trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and product development.
  • Brand Management: Elevate our brand presence in Asia through targeted marketing campaigns, public relations, and branding initiatives. Ensure our brand message is consistent, impactful, and tailored to the Asian market.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and expand the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. Develop and maintain key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals with major partners in the sports betting industry.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketing and sales professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing and sales departments. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in the B2B sports betting industry, preferably in the Asian market.
  • Strong understanding of the sports betting landscape, regulations, and trends in Asia.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage teams across different cultures and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a flair for building lasting relationships with business partners.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach, with expertise in market analysis and performance metrics.
