Job Title: Experienced Professional in Contracting/Consultancy

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in contracting or consultancy companies in the UAE. This role requires a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.
   • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
   • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Utilize technical knowledge to provide solutions and guidance on project requirements.
   • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
   • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
3. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
   • Communicate effectively to ensure all parties are informed and aligned with project goals.
   • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards.
   • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry best practices.
   • Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
   • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and knowledge sharing.
   • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Degree from a technical college in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in contracting or consultancy companies.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Currently residing and working in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the UAE.
