Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall enhancement of our customer service operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Arabic nationals are preferred.
