Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in design, fine arts, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a creative leadership role within the beauty or fashion Ecommerce industry
  • Exceptional creative vision, with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software; familiarity with 3D rendering and animation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor creative teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for beauty, creativity, and innovation, with a deep understanding of the beauty industry landscape.

Qualification:

  • Lead the development of overarching creative strategies that resonate with our target audience and uphold brand values.
  • Define and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual elements, including packaging, advertising, digital assets, and retail environments.
  • Conceptualize and produce captivating content across various platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and editorial features.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to create innovative product concepts and packaging designs that reflect market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Mentor, inspire, and lead a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts relevant to the beauty industry, leveraging insights to inform creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage creative budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support creative initiatives and maximize ROI.
