Civil Construction Manager

Job Description

Position: Civil Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary Range: AED 20,000/- to AED 30,000/- per month

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of site experience in high-rise building construction, residential/luxury villas, or hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any construction-related issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and updates to senior management and clients.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and blueprints, ensuring feasibility and adherence to regulations.
• Manage project resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Address any unexpected issues or delays promptly, adjusting plans and schedules as necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be currently living and working in Abu Dhabi.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects successfully.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
