Chief Technology Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical operations and drive innovation in our Bitcoin mining processes. The CTO will play a pivotal role in recruiting the technical team and implementing cutting-edge solutions to optimize efficiency, scalability, and profitability across our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technical strategy to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our Bitcoin mining facility.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of mining infrastructure, including hardware selection, network architecture, and software systems.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of mining software and tools to enhance performance, monitoring, and automation.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and sustainability, to align technical initiatives with business objectives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.

• Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven track record of leadership in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale Bitcoin mining operations.

• Extensive experience with mining hardware, ASICs, as well as proficiency in mining software and protocols.

• Deep understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity best practices, and data center operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize performance and mitigate risks in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead a technical team.
