Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the mall division to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential mall locations and partnerships, to expand our footprint.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management teams, key stakeholders, and business partners.
    • Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions to secure prime retail space in top-tier malls.
    • Collaborate with mall management on marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to drive store traffic and sales.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for the mall division.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Brand Development and Marketing:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract high-end clientele.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation across all mall locations.
    • Organize and participate in promotional events and exhibitions to showcase our luxury furniture collections.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee the setup and opening of new stores, ensuring they meet the companys standards of excellence.
    • Coordinate with the merchandising and inventory teams to ensure optimal product assortment and availability.
    • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals dedicated to the mall division.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team members meet their goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
