Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

• Participate in client meetings to discuss design plans and gather feedback on preliminary designs
• Review Interior Fit Out documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements
• Coordinate with Project Engineer and Sub-contractors to ensure that the project execution meets design specifications
• Create conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients
• Present design concepts to clients in order to gain approval of preliminary plans
• Manage design process from start to finish by overseeing sub-contractors, scheduling meetings with clients and other team members such as project teams, and communicate with clients

• At least 5-8 years of working experience in Interior Fit Out Field
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar field
