We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Sales Consultants to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and real estate, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients.
• Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize MS Office to prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum university degree.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate (experience in insurance, cabin crew, luxury retail, brokerage, or development is also considered).
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent public speaking abilities.
  • Active listening skills.
• License: Valid driver's license required.
