Role Description :

A senior role within the developer's construction department. Manage and oversee that projects are delivered on budget, on time, and with the desired quality. Develop a course of action that manages risk, time and quality. Have the necessary leadership to maintain complete control and transparency from the start of a project to it's completion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with Trakhees and DDA and Dubai Municipality.
• 15+ years experience in construction ( High Rise Tower )
• Experience covering the full project cycle from inception to completion
• Experience in pre and post contract administration.

Job Responsibilities :

• Cost and quantity surveying (cost modeling, bid review & analysis, procurement & documentation, tender Administration, value engineering, escrow fund/account management)
• Contract Administration (claims avoidance, contractual correspondence, commercial settlement strategies, contractor negotiations, oversee contractor's progress and performance, delay and disruption management, claims management)
• Risk Management (apply knowledge and sector expertise, rigorous audit and assurance, project performance reviews, risk mitigation solutions, continuous monitoring of program controls, delay analysis)
