Salary: AED 8,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in PDR and a strong understanding of the techniques and tools required to perform high-quality dent repairs without the need for repainting. The candidate will undergo a trade test to ensure their skills and expertise align with our standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize specialized PDR tools and techniques to remove dents and restore vehicle surfaces to their original condition.
• Assess the extent of damage and determine the best approach for repair.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding repair status and timelines.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge on PDR techniques and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PDR Technician.
• Proven ability to perform high-quality paintless dent repairs.
• Familiarity with PDR tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Trade Test

Candidates will be required to undergo a trade test to demonstrate their PDR skills. The test will assess:

• Proficiency in using PDR tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform dent repairs on various types of vehicle surfaces.
• Quality of work and attention to detail.
• Time management and efficiency in completing repairs.
