Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in HR functions and be capable of independently handling various aspects of human resources management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

    • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
    • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and recruitment activities.
  2. Onboarding:

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, training, and induction programs.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Visas:

    • Manage visa processes for employees, including new visa applications and renewals.
    • Stay informed about UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) laws and regulations regarding visa procedures.
  4. Compliance and Audits:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Handle audits related to API, ISO, and client requirements.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues identified during audits.
  5. HR General Administration:

    • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and other relevant information.
    • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  6. Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
    • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to recruitment, visas, and employment practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
