Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales efforts in the UAE market to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue and expand market share for AI-backed HVAC products.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the UAE market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the HVAC industry, including building owners, facility managers, contractors, and engineers.
  • Develop relationships and cultivate opportunities within real estate groups, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, and other relevant industries to generate new business leads and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns and to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of AI-backed HVAC solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles within HVAC, real estate or related industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Arabic speaking skills are preferred.
