Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant, with specific experience in the HORECA sector.
  • Experience in VAT submission and GL Entry
  • Should have exp in assisting a auditor
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day financial transactions within the HORECA Division.
    • Record and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets for the HORECA Division.
    • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  4. Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
    • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Compliance:

    • Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and ensure compliance.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
  6. Cost Control:

    • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
    • Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
