Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant, with specific experience in the HORECA sector.
- Experience in VAT submission and GL Entry
- Should have exp in assisting a auditor
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions within the HORECA Division.
- Record and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets for the HORECA Division.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance:
- Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Cost Control:
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
