As a Business Setup Consultant, you will help clients establish their businesses while ensuring adherence to freezones legal and regulatory obligations. You will offer advice on freezone business structures, licensing, permits, and other essential aspects of starting a business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads and understand client requirements.
• Present appropriate setup or expansion strategies to clients.
• Identify untapped markets and potential collaborations.
• Deliver personalized recommendations based on clients activities and prospects.
• Oversee essential documentation to ensure a compliant and efficient setup process.
• Uphold high customer satisfaction levels and utilize client portfolios for referrals.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and proactively address their impact.
• Engage in up-selling and cross-selling endeavors to expand service offerings.
• Contribute to the company's growth through proactive actions and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of business setup experience within the UAE Freezone.
• Strong understanding of various business structures and their implications.
• Familiarity with the process of obtaining freezone licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, alongside fluency in English.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and legal documentation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse clients and industries.
• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
